I'm Thomas Downs Jr, aka "TD." As a former college football player, my passion for the gym evolved beyond athletics—it became my sanctuary and a vital element in maintaining a balanced life. With over a decade of personal experience in fitness, and a year of studying and completing certifications, I am committed to helping others embark on a holistic journey of self-improvement. As a certified fitness coach, personal trainer, and nutrition coach, my expertise and hands-on experience are tailored to meet your fitness goals. Additionally, holding a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology allows me to blend mental wellness with fitness knowledge to use a mental approach to create healthier habits. By working to have a healthy mind and a healthy body we empower clients to achieve their goals and enjoy life to the fullest.
